Supervisor

AS A SUPERVISOR YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Be the liaison between Management and the Park
  • Organize the opening/closing activities of the facility
  • Be a reference for staff and organize park activities
  • Be the reference for colleagues and clients in case of unexpected events or complaints
  • Coordinate set-up activities for events scheduled by Management
  • Take care of reservations and organization of birthday parties
  • Collaborate with Management on the publication of multimedia content
  • Monitor receipts and make payments

  • You hold certifications and certificates related to courses you have taken that qualify you to teach in the sports field
  • You casually use social media
  • Your work, passions or hobbies have led you to entertain groups of children and youth

AS TEAM LEADER YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Support the Supervisor in the implementation of Park activities.
  • Carry out the opening/closing activities of the facility
  • Greet and assist customers
  • Be a reference for customers in case of unexpected events or complaints
  • Take care of reservations and organization of birthday parties
  • Monitor and conduct daily inspections of the condition of the trampolines
  • Conduct inventories and receive merchandise in replenishment
  • Maintain clean and tidy environments

Box office

YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON IF:

  • You have previous experience in cashiering, box office or reservations

  • You are able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously (phone ringing, user requests, issuing receipts and reservations)
  • You use social media with ease
  • You are looking for a job that will allow you to support yourself during your studies

AS A BOX OFFICE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Support the Supervisor in the implementation of the Welcoming the customer
  • Manage the ticket office (sales, admissions, reservations) and box office operations
  • Manage the merchandising shop (sales, inventory)
  • Communicate initiatives and promotions
  • Maintain clean and tidy environments
  • Lend a hand to Crew and Café colleagues when requested

  • Possiedi certificazioni e attestati relativi a corsi frequentati con abilitazione all’insegnamento in ambito sportivo
  • Utilizzi con disinvoltura i social
  • Cerchi un lavoro che ti permetta di mantenerti durante gli studi

Come membro della Crew ti occuperai di:

  • Accogliere i clienti ed assisterli nella loro permanenza nel parco
  • Controllare ed assicurare la qualità dell’esperienza dei nostri ospiti in ogni momento, dall’ingresso all’uscita dai turni di salto
  • Assicurarti che vengano rispettati i criteri di sicurezza per la permanenza nel parco
  • Assicurarti che le attrezzature siano sempre in perfette condizioni per l’utilizzo
  • Predisporre gli ambienti per le feste di compleanno, accogliere il festeggiato e gli invitati
  • Mantenere gli ambienti puliti ed in ordine
  • Dare una mano ai colleghi del Box Office e del Café quando richiesto

AS A CAFÉ ATTENDANT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Greeting customers
  • Taking orders
  • Administering food and beverages, according to the café menu
  • Manage the cash register operations
  • Take care of routine cleaning and maintenance of coffee machines, counter equipment and all areas pertaining to the Café
  • Perform daily inventory
  • Maintain the hygiene and cleanliness of the premises
