- REGULATIONS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND DISCLAIMER:
Hyperspace is a Sports Center: in order to gain access to the Arena and ensure the safety of all, it is necessary to read the Regulations and Terms and Conditions on the website. A mandatory waiver will be requested at the Box Office or when booking a ticket online. In the case of minors, the document must be signed by the person exercising parental responsibility. - AGE LIMITS:
Children under 6 years of age have developing motor and coordination skills. They can therefore only access an area dedicated to them, with a separate entrance, designed for their abilities and to have fun in safety. Children under the age of 6, even if accompanied, are strictly prohibited from entering the Jump Arena. - TECHNICAL NON-SLIP SOCKS:
Access to the Jump Arena and Toddler area is allowed only with Hyperspace trampoline socks. - SAFETY VIDEO:
Videos are constantly shown in the common areas and at the entrance to the arena explaining what the right behaviors are in the park so that everyone can have fun safely. - WARM UP:
Trampoline jumping is a fun sport activity, but still a sport activity! Start with a gradual warm-up-you will be able to jump to the best of your ability. Always remember to perform jumps and evolutions that you feel you can do safely.
RULES
- BEFORE ENTERING THE JUMP ARENA:
Sign the waiver online or at the Park Box Office. It is mandatory that you carefully watch the informational and safety videos projected on the screens in the park lobby before entering the Jump Arena. Each piece of equipment in the Jump Arena is marked with the degree of difficulty: please take note of the signage and our directions so that you can evaluate the sport activity best suited to your athletic training. Remove earrings, necklaces, watches, bracelets, belts, and any other items that may cause damage to yourself or equipment; empty your pockets before entering the sports areas. Do not bring food or drink into the sports area. Always wear trampoline socks. Hyperspace staff have the authority to prevent access or turn away those who do not abide by the rules and prohibitions, but more importantly they are responsible for supervising and advising: if you are in doubt about how to use an equipment or if you do not understand the level of difficulty, ask a Crew member - DO NOT JUMP IF:
Do not jump if you have health limitations, recent injuries, or are pregnant. Do not jump if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Do not perform evolutions or jumps that you are not sure you can do safely: the trampoline park is a safe place, but acting with common sense is the responsibility of the Jumper - RULES FOR ACCESS AND SAFE USE OF THE TODDLER AREA:
this area is reserved in exclusive terms for children under 6 years of age, accompanied by a parent. Parents are not authorized to use the facilities in this area. Children under the age of 6 are not allowed in the Jump Arena under any circumstances, and children over the age of 6 are not allowed in the Toddler area. In case of need, ask a Crew member for support. - RULES FOR SAFE USE OF THE WARM-UP AREA, OPEN JUMP AND DODGEBALL COURT:
Degree of difficulty *, athletic fitness level: beginner, recommended age +6. One jumper per trampoline or pathway rule applies. On all trampolines you must always jump with two feet in the center of the trampoline and do not jump or land on the pads, running or jumping from one trampoline to another is also prohibited. Perform only jumps or exercises that you feel you can perform safely, do not perform flips, double jumps or dangerous jumps; do not perform evolutions that are beyond your abilities. No blows to the head, face, or neck are allowed on the dodgeball court - RULES FOR THE SAFE USE OF AIRBAGS:
Before jumping check that no one is in your path and that there are no jumpers on the airbag.
For your safety, land on your back or in a sitting position with your legs stretched out in front of you. It is strongly recommended that you bring your arms to your chest when landing.
It is therefore dangerous to: dive headfirst, land on your feet, bend your knees during landing, land on your knees or with your legs under your body - RULES FOR THE SAFE USE OF THE BALANCE AREA:
Degree of difficulty *, degree of athletic training: beginner, recommended age +6. One jumper per equipment rule applies. Before testing yourself in the Balance area, check that there is no one in your path and that there are no stationary jumpers on the foam pit. Perform only exercises that you feel you can do safely; do not perform activities that are beyond your abilities. Never dive into the foam pit tank headfirst; in case of a fall, land with your arms to protect your face and head. If you feel unsafe, ask a Crew member for support. - RULES FOR SAFE USE OF BATTLE BEAM:
Degree of difficulty **, degree of athletic training: beginner, recommended age +8.Only two Jumpers can challenge each other at a time. Before challenging your friends, check for stationary jumpers on the foam pit. Perform only movements that you feel you can do safely; do not perform activities that are beyond your abilities. Never dive into the foam pit tank headfirst. Blows to the head, face or neck are not allowed. The purpose is to hit the opponent to throw him off balance: you must not hit with excessive force or trick him with tripping. The opponent may only be hit with the indicated implement and not by kicking or pushing - RULES FOR THE SAFE USE OF THE SLAM DUNK AREA:
Degree of difficulty **, degree of athletic training: beginner, recommended age +8. The rule” one trampoline, one jumper” applies. Before testing yourself, check that no one is in your path. Perform only jumps that you feel you can do safely, do not perform evolutions that are beyond your abilities. It is forbidden to hang from the hoop. It is recommended that you always jump vertically while maintaining the right distance from the basket in order to avoid hitting it with your head - RULES FOR THE USE OF THE CLIMBING WALL:
Degree of difficulty **, degree of athletic training: advanced, recommended age +8. Maintain an appropriate distance from other athletes and a vigilant demeanor. Do not stand under the wall while others are climbing. Do not step over the protective nets while climbing. In case of a fall, land on your feet or back - RULES FOR SAFE USE OF INCLINE TRAMPOLINES AREA:
Degree of difficulty ***, degree of athletic training: advanced, recommended age +12. The “one trampoline, one jumper!” rule applies. Perform small approach jumps before jumping on the airbag. Perform only jumps that you feel you can perform safely, do not perform evolutions that are beyond your ability, only back or seated landings are allowed. Do not jump or land on the pads. Before jumping on the airbag check that no one is in your path. Before jumping make sure you launch into a safe trajectory in the center of the trampoline: jumping over the edges of the trampoline could cause injury.
It is therefore dangerous to: dive head first, land on your feet, bend your knees while landing, land on your knees or with your legs under your body. - RULES FOR THE SAFE USE OF THE TRAPEZE:
Degree of difficulty ***, degree of athletic training: advanced, recommended age +14. Approach the trapeze calmly, waiting until the position is clear. Do not use the equipment without a Crew member present. Before taking your feet off the platform, check that no one is in your path and that there are no jumpers on the airbag. Grasp the trapeze bar firmly, take your feet off the platform and land lying on your back or in a seated position. It is strongly recommended to bring your arms to your chest when landing. Rocking is prohibited. Jumpers of tall stature are advised to prepare for the throw by squatting and not in a straight position. It is therefore dangerous to: dive headfirst, land standing up, bend your knees during landing, land on your knees or with your legs under your body - RULES FOR THE SAFE USE OF THE FREE JUMP PLATFORM:
Degree of difficulty ***, degree of athletic training: advanced, recommended age +12. Approach the platform calmly, waiting until the station is clear. Perform only jumps that you feel you can perform safely, do not perform evolutions that are beyond your ability, only back or seated landings are allowed. It is strongly recommended that you bring your arms to your chest when landing. Before jumping on the airbag check that there is no one in your path.
It is dangerous therefore forbidden to: dive headfirst, land standing, bend your knees during landing, land on your knees or with your legs under your body - RULES FOR THE SAFE USE OF THE ROTATING BEAM:
Degree of difficulty ***, degree of athletic training: advanced, recommended age +12. The “one trampoline, one jumper!” rule applies. It is prohibited to activate or use the equipment without a Crew member present. The activity involves a sequence of jumping and lowering operations: you jump over the lowest obstacle and go under the highest obstacle, synchronizing the movement according to the rotation of the equipment. Face the bar jump frontally. It is forbidden to hang on the rotating arms and jump from one trampoline to another. Perform only jumps that you feel you can perform safely; do not perform evolutions that are beyond your abilities. In the event of a fall, it is strongly recommended that you bring your arms to your chest - RULES FOR SAFE USE OF THE NINJA WARRIOR COURSE:
Degree of difficulty ***, degree of athletic training: advanced, recommended age +12. One person per lane section rule applies. Jumpers must use the equipment and adjust their speed of performing the exercises based on personal ability. Do not jump or land on the pads - RULES FOR USING HP (HIGH PERFORMANCE) TRAMPOLINES:
Degree of difficulty ***, degree of athletic training: expert, recommended age +15. This area of the Jump Arena is equipped with sports trampolines with a more responsive trampoline mat, which allows you to jump higher, and is recommended for more experienced athletes. The “one trampoline, one jumper” rule applies. It is mandatory to always jump with two feet in the center of the trampoline and it is forbidden to perform evolutions above one’s athletic ability. Jumping or landing on pads and bouncing between adjacent trampolines is prohibited. It is forbidden to climb, climb on the ledge of the Walk Wall and jump on the trampolines below
….E SOME PROHIBITIONS
- It is dangerous and therefore not permitted for two people to jump on the same trampoline. The “one trampoline, one jumper” rule applies!
- It is dangerous and therefore not permitted when using the Airbags: diving headfirst, landing standing up, bending the knees during landing, landing on the knees or with the legs under the body
- It is dangerous and therefore not permitted to perform flips, double jumps, dangerous jumps or perform evolutions above one’s athletic ability and preparation
- It is dangerous and therefore not permitted to jump or dive headfirst, land headfirst, on the head or neck
- It is dangerous and therefore not permitted to jump or land on padding
- It is dangerous and therefore not permitted to land on one foot on trampolines

- It is dangerous and therefore not permitted to lie on airbags or trampolines or to stop and play with pit foam in the landing areas of jumps

FAQ
- What are the things you need to know in order to enter the Jump Arena?
A:
– WAIVER: In Hyperspace, sports activities are practiced and a waiver must be signed in order to enter the arena, in case of minors signed by parents or guardians.
– CHILD ACCESS TO THE PARK: Children under the age of 6 can only access the Primo Sport area, designed specifically for their safe enjoyment.
– ANTI-SLIP TECHNICAL SOCKS: access to the Gyms is allowed only with Hyperspace trampoline socks.
– SAFETY VIDEOS: a video is constantly shown in the common areas explaining what the right behaviors are in the Park so that everyone can have fun safely
– WARM UP: It is important to start jumping gradually: doing a good warm-up allows you to jump to the best of your ability. - Do I have to make a reservation?
A: Yes, online reservation via website or APP is mandatory. - Are there any minimum age or height requirements?
A: No, trampoline jumping is a sport activity suitable for everyone. Children under the age of 6 will only be able to access the Primo Sport Gymnasium, which we call the “Toddler Area,” designed specifically for their safe enjoyment. - How far in advance should I show up before the jump session?
A: We recommend that you arrive at the park 30 minutes early-you will have adequate time to check in, store your belongings in the lockers provided, and watch the safety video. - What types of tickets do you sell?
A: 60-, 90- or 120-minute tickets, depending on the day and time slot. They can be viewed on the “Fares” page. - What should I wear?
A: We recommend comfortable clothing. Hyperspace non-slip socks are required for safety reasons and for proper use of the trampolines. - Can I use my non-slip socks from home?
A: No. To jump safely on the trampoline you need specific sports socks designed specifically for this type of activity. If you already own a pair, it will be the responsibility of our staff to make sure they are in good condition to ensure your safety. - Are there locker rooms and showers?
A: There are dedicated spaces for changing and personal lockers in which to leave coats, shoes, helmets, bags and anything else you cannot bring inside the Jump Arena. There are no showers for the public. - Is jumping on the trampolines safe?
A: Yes, but it is essential to adhere to safety rules and not to perform exercises above one’s ability and skills. All our facilities are certified, up to standard, tested and maintained periodically. For everyone’s health and safety, it is essential to respect the Gymnasium rules: you can find them posted on the website, on social media, displayed inside the park and explained in the safety video projected at the Jump Arena entrance. - Do I have to sign a waiver to access the Jump Arena?
What to do in case of a minor?
A: Yes, we are a sports center and to access the Arena you must sign a waiver, in case of minors signed by parents or guardians. To speed up the access to the park and reduce the waiting time we recommend that you fill out as completely as possible the registration in the reservation program or our APP. - Is it mandatory to watch the safety video?
A: Yes. Watching the safety video is a gesture of respect for yourself and others. Understanding and practicing the Gymnasium’s safety rules allows everyone to have fun in a conscious way. - Is there Wi-Fi?
A: Yes, there is a Wi-Fi network throughout the Park that is reserved for customers.
